Our Services

Healing isn’t the same for everyone. Your experiences, struggles, and hopes are yours alone.

If you are carrying the weight of past trauma, living with daily anxiety, facing challenges with addiction, or seeking help for your child’s development, we guide you, gently, respectfully, and without judgment.

Together, we’ll take steady steps toward lasting change.

Trauma & Anxiety Therapy

When you have been through something painful, it can leave lasting marks.

Memories might pop up when you don’t want them to. Every day, things might suddenly feel scary or overwhelming.

Or you may feel that you can never truly relax and live with anxiety all the time.

Our trauma and anxiety therapy is designed to help you feel safer, calmer, and more in control.

We use established and proven therapies, like:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories, reducing the severity and sorrow.
  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
Teaches skills to manage big emotions, handle stress, and improve relationships.
  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy)
Helps you with identifying unhelpful thoughts, managing anxiety, and taking steps toward the life you want.

Substance Use & Behavioral Support

Sometimes life feels out of control.

You might be using alcohol, drugs, or risky behaviors to cope. Or maybe you keep getting stuck in patterns that leave you feeling worse.

We help you understand what’s causing your problems and identify healthy solutions.

Our support can help with:

  • Substance use or addiction
  • Preventing relapse
  • Intense emotions or impulsive behaviors
  • Coping with loss, big changes, or family conflict

We use gentle, non-judgmental approaches, like Motivational Interviewing, to help you explore change in a way that feels safe and doable.

HANDLE Therapy & Holistic Methods

Sometimes the brain and body don’t communicate as smoothly as they should.

This can lead to challenges with focus, anxiety, sensory overload, or feeling constantly on edge.

HANDLE Therapy is a gentle approach that uses small movements and rhythmic activities to help your nervous system work better.

People often report feeling calmer, more focused, and more balanced after using HANDLE techniques.

HANDLE can help with:

  • Trouble focusing or paying attention
  • Emotional ups and downs
  • Sensory sensitivities
  • Feeling restless or “wired”

We combine HANDLE with other holistic tools because healing involves your whole self, mind, and body.

Adolescent Therapy (13+)

Being a teenager can feel overwhelming.

Everything’s changing: emotions, friendships, family dynamics, even your sense of who you are.

We help teens navigate these challenges in a safe, respectful space.

Teens come to us for help with:

  • Anxiety, panic, or constant worry
  • Sadness, anger, or feeling hopeless
  • Trouble at school or conflicts at home
  • Figuring out identity and self-esteem

We don’t talk down to teens. We listen. We help them learn practical ways to cope and feel more confident.

Sessions can be held either in person or online, depending on what is most convenient for your teen and family.

Coming Soon: Pediatric Autism Care

Some kids need help with speaking or making friends. Others feel overwhelmed by sounds, lights, or changes in routine. Many have amazing strengths waiting to be supported and celebrated.

At Phoenix Behavioral Pathways, we take the time to understand your child’s unique challenges and gifts. We work together to create a plan that makes them feel more at ease, connected, and ready to grow.

Starting in our third year, we will offer support to younger children with autism.

Our program will focus on:

  • Helping kids connect and communicate
  • Reducing stress and sensory overload
  • Teaching practical skills for daily life

We are building this program because we believe every child deserves care that’s gentle, specialized, and filled with hope.
