Clinical Positions
Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
As a Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), you will be responsible for conducting psychological evaluations, making diagnostic assessments, and providing individual or group therapy to clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and related concerns.
We especially value experience in trauma-informed care, psychological testing, EMDR, or other evidence-based approaches. Strong skills in creating effective treatment plans and tracking outcomes are important for this role.
This position offers flexibility with both hybrid and in-person options, depending on client needs within the Phoenix Metro Area.
Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
As an LCSW or LPC, you will offer psychotherapy to adults, teens, and families, supporting clients as they manage emotional, social, and behavioral difficulties.
We value skills in DBT, ACT, CBT, trauma-informed care, treating anxiety and mood disorders, and providing crisis intervention with safety planning.
This role is hybrid, with about 40% in-person sessions and 60% via telehealth, based in the Phoenix Metro Area.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
As a PMHNP, you will perform psychiatric evaluations, prescribe and manage medications, and provide supportive therapy for clients of all ages. You’ll also collaborate closely with therapists to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
We value experience in treating trauma and PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, and substance use, as well as a client-centered approach to medication management.
This role offers flexibility with hybrid or in-person options, depending on each client’s care plan.
Substance Abuse Counselor
As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will help clients work through substance use issues by providing counseling, developing relapse prevention strategies, and creating personalized treatment plans.
We value experience with Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention techniques, treating co-occurring mental health conditions, and facilitating group therapy sessions.
This position can be hybrid or mainly in-person, based in the Phoenix Metro Area.
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT)
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) are important in providing direct support to clients. They help with crisis stabilization, monitor client safety, and assist in carrying out treatment plans under the guidance of clinicians.
Key responsibilities include observing and documenting client behaviors, helping clients use coping skills, supporting group sessions, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
This role is primarily in-person in the Phoenix Metro Area.
Occupational Therapist (OT) or Recreational Therapist
Occupational Therapists (OT) and Recreational Therapists work with clients to improve daily living skills, sensory integration, and participation in meaningful activities that boost overall well-being.
We value expertise in sensory processing techniques, activities that promote emotional regulation, trauma-informed care, and strong collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
This role is mainly in-person, with some telehealth options, based in the Phoenix Metro Area.
Case Manager
Case Managers help clients by coordinating services and linking them to important community resources, making sure they experience smooth transitions between different levels of care.
Key duties include advocating for clients, making referrals for housing, employment, and medical services, developing care plans, monitoring progress, and working closely with clinicians to provide well-rounded support.
This position can be hybrid or in-person.
Administrative Positions
Clinic Director/Administrator
Clinic Directors/Administrators oversee the daily operations of the clinic, managing staff, budgets, and policies to ensure excellent quality of care.
Key responsibilities include leading and supporting staff, overseeing finances, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating a collaborative and positive clinic environment.
This role is mainly in-person, with some hybrid flexibility.
Medical Billing and Coding Specialist
Medical Billing and Coding Specialists manage billing tasks for our cash-pay practice, making sure coding is accurate, payments are processed correctly, and financial records remain confidential.
Responsibilities include preparing and managing invoices, assisting with financial reports, and helping maintain efficient financial operations.
This role offers hybrid or in-person work options.
Receptionist/Front Desk Staff
Receptionists and Front Desk Staff are the welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors, helping keep the clinic running smoothly.
Main duties include scheduling appointments, answering calls and emails, managing client check-ins, and supporting various administrative tasks.
This role is primarily in-person in the Phoenix Metro Area.
Compliance Officer
Compliance Officers help keep Phoenix Behavioral Pathways in line with legal, ethical, and policy standards. They conduct audits, create policies and training programs, monitor documentation, and investigate any compliance issues.
This role can be hybrid or in-person.
Human Resources (HR) Coordinator
HR Coordinators support our team’s success by helping with recruitment, onboarding new staff, fostering employee engagement, and managing confidential employee records.
This position is available as hybrid or in-person.
Marketing/Outreach Coordinator
Marketing/Outreach Coordinators help promote Phoenix Behavioral Pathways by creating engaging campaigns, managing social media, building community connections, and organizing events to strengthen local partnerships.

Facility Manager
Facility Managers ensure our clinics remain safe, clean, and inviting by overseeing repairs, coordinating with vendors, maintaining safety compliance, and managing daily facility operations.

Peer Support Specialist
Peer Support Specialists use their own experiences with recovery to bring hope and help clients navigate mental health challenges. They provide one-on-one support, lead groups, teach coping skills, and advocate for clients’ needs.
